Educational institutes should change their missions to catch the transformation and train the people with the equipment of 21st century.In order to make this transformation happen, those are necessary; analyzing the needs of target group,deciding the solutions for needs,implementations,and providing controls for those implementations. In this context,quality management systems in education are very important for educational instutites with a core idea of continues development and innovation. The aim of the
Project is to inform school managers and teachers about Quality Management Practices in Education by taking courses related to that topic in various European countries. In this context, it is planned to take courses related to topics of “Human Resource Management in Education Institutions” and “Teach, Learn and Quality”. The information and application got from courses are taught to school managers and teachers by organizing seminars to improve education institutions. In this project, expert in their own professions and having teamwork skills 6 teachers form different 6 schools participate foreign educations. Participants are selected by the project committee established by Etimesgut District National Education. Participants are divided into two groups as education group, responsible for the management of education processes of the project and organization group, responsible for planning and controlling the organization of the project. Questionnaires are applied for participants before and after the project. Results of questionnaires are used to observe the improvement of participants. In this project,it is aimed participiants to gain some awareness such as differences of quality management systems,the importance of human resources and career development in education,being against racism,and significance of language skills.
The resulst of the project will share with the stakeholders via booklets,posters,social media and seminars.
