Currently technical agricultural education in Tuscany has seen an exponential increase in the number of members: + 17% in the last two years. To make sure that students’ professionalism can be expendable as soon as possible in a national and international at the same time labor market, students must possess qualifying technical skills along with abilities and personal resources. To be inserted into employment and active participation in society they must attend a vocational training of 18 months before the State exam. This project aims to shorten the waiting time for the actual insertionThe counseling profession carried out by young graduates agricultural technicians enrolled to Professions Registers, after attending a 18 months vocational training and passing state exam, permits to perform many activities and making them able of independent activities increases their sense of initiative and entrepreneurship.To this goal , the National College of Agricultural Engineers has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Network Re.N.ISa (National Network of Technical Agricultural Institutes ) through which they intend to promote the collaboration of provincial colleges with Technical Agricultural schools in order to facilitate and shorten the path of internship and then the access to the State Examination for the professional activity.Project proposal:The Lucca, Pisa, Pistoia, Livorno and Massa Carrara C.I.P.A. has been working in the last four years to renew and expand the number of new young members in order to promote generational change and fasten the access of young graduates into the world of work. As the counseling profession carried out by young graduates agricultural technicians enrolled to Professions Registers allows to perform many activities as set out in Article 2 of Law 21 February 1991, n. 54, They promote that the skills acquired through ECVET will be recognized and identified in these three areas: The management, administration and management of farms and livestock and companies processing and marketing of agricultural and livestock the estimates of field crops and trees and their products and the assessment of plant protection; the design and the management and maintenance of parks and management and maintenance of gardens, also located in urban areas Each of these areas is linked, through the signing of the MOU and LA, a Professional Figure and reference Competence Units (CU) taken from the Tuscan professional figures Repertoire that through the National Memorandum of Understanding finally will be validated as an equivalent of practical training in the country and valid for professional practice.1. MOU = Memorandum of Understanding shared with the National Network of Local Partners and European (consolidated).2. LA = content extracted from Article 2, L. February 21, 1991, n. 54, letters a) f) h) associated to the UC 752, UC 1050 UC 101 of Tuscan Regional Repertory of Professional Figures3. Recognition (after outcomes evaluation) = Interprovincial College LUPIP TLIMS valids daily mobility as professional practice and deducts from the total mount of 18 months; possibility of further recognition through certification of skills of the Tuscany Region (Booklet of the Citizen).Project objectives:Enhance participants understanding of the interconnections in the labor market and promote the modernization and international spread in future planning of their work. Enhance the sense of initiative and entrepreneurship.Strengthen the network of local and international partnership developing and capitalizing on experiences and results of the consolidated reports, including the local dissemination and promotion platform; strengthen the synergistic mechanism with partners to create innovative international training in line with European directivesLearning objectives for individual mobility: knowledge of the host organization activities, participation in some experimenting activities within the organization; knowledge of the local context in which the entity / company; learning practical activities according to the professional reference and in line with the Learning Agreement; experiencing the language and cultural skills; life skills improvement (empowerment, self-esteem).Participants:32 participants will be involved: Technical Institutes Agrarians members of the Consortium of Mobility 24 students (4th / 5th form), 8 trainees enrolled in C.I.P.A.
