ESTABLISHMENT OF NETWORK FOR THE SUPPORT OF THE MOBILITY AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES (LEARNING COMMUNITY)

The basic goal of the project is the implementation of a series of dynamic interlinked actions for the establishment of a network to support the mobility and a learning community network to develop the human resources in the cross border area, according to the existing and future needs.Depicting the existing trends in labour market, changes in employment, existing cross border mobility, sectoral and seasonal of human resources, differences in terms of taxation, payroll, social system, human resources recruitment and business start-ups, specialties that favour cross border mobility, as well as the respective career profiles and required cognitive skills and capabilities, the partners will propose specific measures for labour mobility that will allow to cover future, quantitative and qualitative labour needs in order to fully develop existing human capital.A special application will be created for the clearing of vacancies and applications for employment, as well as a web application will be created for supporting the quantitative and qualitative cross border employment needs. A Greek business executives school will be upgraded and a respective school in Bulgarian side will be set up. 8 training programs (4 in each country) will be conducted and educational visits will be made. Expected Results: Overall, the effects resulting from the project are a Network for supporting business executives in the cross border area and a Common learning network for the upgrading of human resources. Thus, the project may improve cross border area human resources, promote sustainable development, reduce the unspecialized personnel, associate education to entrepreneurship and ensure lifelong learning as a tool for the business development. In particular, the expected results of the project include the acquisition of new or improvement of the existing qualifications, through training programs for 160 employees working in enterprises of the cross border area (50% women), in horizontal, commercial and manufacturing specialties that are necessary for the operation of the cross border area enterprises and the diffusion of experience and know how in the cross border area, through the exchange of 40 trained employees (20 from each country) and relevant seminars.On the other side, the project has an important added value which is the possibility to exploit in the future the studies-researches and the consulting tool that will be developed and applied in the frame of the project, via the web site of the project. In addition, added value gives the e-Learning Management System that will be developed for the horizontal, commercial and manufacturing specialties of the cross border enterprises and will be available to all employees of the cross border area for two years.
