Considering that the high number of young early school leavers and who do not initiate any system of vocational training, feeds a number of socially reprehensible acts, fosters deregulation of educational structures, increases the number of unsafe citizens and the number of anti-social groups who practice violent and delinquent acts; Considering that the consequent increase in the number of people without any perspectives of social inclusion, particularly amongst youngsters, is one of the factors threatening social systems of various countries with drastic consequences in an aging Europe; Considering that failure and school dropout are clear signs of the failure of either social, personal and cognitive skills, which limits the prospect of an economic and civic independence of a large number of young citizens, and also the inability of education, formal and classical system give proper answer to such problems; Considering that Portugal is one of the countries with higher rates of school failure and dropout, but also in many other countries the problem of dissatisfaction of young people and their motivation for life in society lead to isolation and break with all family and social bonds, The "Question of Balance" - Association of Education and Youth Insertion, having established in 2002, Setubal, Portugal, an alternative system of "training" through the project "Escola da Floresta", with recognized results, and having knowledge of various educational and socializing structures, both national and European, developing a work of great merit both in terms of motivating young people to learn, as well as emotional and violence control, especially by those adopting social risk behaviors and have socially inappropriate behaviors, presented this project with the same name. We intend with this project, and the partners who promptly joined the invitation to participate in it, encouraging reflection and debating ideas, exchanging experience and good practice, experimenting together new strategies for motivation, either for (re ) education and (re) socialization and thus providing a broad training of teachers, trainers (training), educators and technicians with social intervention with this type of population, enabling improved quality of service and reduction of associated social problems . The dissemination of the project and its results, its methodologies and consequent multiplication of various processes of training, are guaranteed not only by the direct involvement of at least 21 technicians who are the target group, such as partner organizations representing partnership networks in their respective countries, involving about 100 educational and social reintegration structures of youngsters. Finally, the existence of a national control group (75 students and trainees), with behavioral problems, as well as the monitoring of the entire training process, allow the training of professionals and the test of basic skills, with consequent recognized quality intervention. Since the approach to current problems of youth, through emotional control with use of shock therapy, and management of conflicts, lack of motivation and school dropout to curriculum adaptation, transposition of learning in nature to school learning and educational processes with personalized support, all contents, theories and materials reflecting the training process, can be used to synthesize the products you get: training Modules, good Practice Guide, DVD and website, respectively under the names: "Forest School: the Adventure of Learning," "School, what do I want you for?", "School outside School" and "From the street to School, From School to Community."
