We consider the intended training activity as a meaningful continuation of a specialized training - already launched under Comenius- in the country of the target language . The course we would like to opt for - "Practical Teacher"- elaborates on the project we started last year ("Life in Britain - Bringing Culture to the Classroom" ) . Against this background, it is particularly welcome that such a follow-up is now possible under Erasmus + with the same individuals participating within the year. With regard to the participants' profile, it must be said that it has proved very useful to ask a younger together with a more experienced colleague to enrole, because they have already been making use of their newly acquired teaching practices in the current school year and because they have already proved to be very suitable multipliers in our Modern Language Department. We see the project as a most appropriate follow-up. In accordance with the objectives of such a measure the participants' competences (and those of the Language Department) are intended to be furthered in order to enable them to organize their lessons in an even more motivating and sustainable way . In the long run, the teaching of English at Mary Ward School will be secured at a high quality level .
