Projectbackground: Our School should be open for european matters and should prepare students fort he european job market. This should happen through international projects, which are accomplished in the new created subject ‚Company- and Servicemanagement’. During the Andvanced education week the intercultural exchange and the construction of important contacts should not only take place during the workshop, but also in the spare time. Therefore the teacher gets the possibility to meet potential projectpartners, together with colleauges for the student exchange, E-Twinning or Job Shadowing. Projectaims: To learn projectmanagementskills for international projects, together woth improvement of intercultural responsibilities. Number and profile of participants: Since we are only a small school only one teacher will participate at the workshop. She is ready to: • Educate herself in the foreign country • Spread the acquired knowlege with colleauges and students • Integrate the european ideas in the lessons • Accomplish international projects • Be open for other cultures Description of provisions: Participation at international courses for projectmanagementeducation Methods for accomplishment: The workshops should equip the participants with skills for projectmangement. They should institutionalize european projects and intercultural skills should take place in the education. Description of the aimed results, effects and potentional longtime usage Through the workshopexperiences of the one colleague our school should be open for intercultural affairs and european projects. The new gained knowledge and skills should shape european projects more effective. The educated teacher should inspire other colleagues for international projects. Moreover should the projectwork serve as a devisce for the expansion pf the intercultural, linguistic and social competence. An intenational internshipexchange should be part oft he daily routine of a school in teh future. This expansion of competences for students and teachers should prepare students on the futuer better for the requirement oft he international job market.
