Erweiterung der interkulturellen Fähigkeiten, Fertigkeiten und Kompetenzen sowie der Projektmanagementkompetenzen zur Internationalisierung und zur europäischen Entwicklung der Schule im Hinblick auf Inklusion
Start date: Jun 1, 2016, End date: May 31, 2018 PROJECT  FINISHED

As Europe has developed into a common economic region among other things the formation potential of its people has to be better exhausted. Nobody can elude from this process of permanent advanced training. We all must get fit for Europe. The European Union has opened up for all employees, so it is important to improve intercultural skills and project management competencies.A school amenable to the European idea not only teaches technical knowledge but also the so-called key competencies, such as how to live in another culture or how to communicate in a language other than your mother tongue. Therefore, it is necessary that teachers who take courses for acquiring intercultural competencies attend such training together with colleagues from other countries and intensively exchange for one week. After completion of such seminary these colleagues will act as multipliers of these intercultural competencies and project management skills. The three participating colleagues are willing to continue their education in Spain during their teaching-free time and then to spread the European idea amongst colleagues and students. The colleagues will be able to introduce these intercultural competencies in the classroom and to increasingly institutionalize project work. With the help of such projects students should be motivated to improve their intercultural, linguistic and social competencies. In the future, these acquired skills will prepare our students to the increasing demands on the European and international labor market and will broaden their horizon.
