The project is carrying out by the Technical School of Vocational Training ,named as Sylwestra Kaliskiego in Turek which is located in the centre of Wielkopolska. area in Poland.The main title of the project is : " Erasmus+ - your chance of job success. " The participants of the project will be the students from our school from departments such as: The Mechatronic , The Logistics and The Nutrition and Catering Services .The participants are students from Third classes at the age of 18 - 19 years. When they graduate from our school, they will gain qualifications in the field of programming and operation of numerical machines, 3D Printing , logistics and materials management and organizing catering services. During their training period they will acquire theoretical knowledge into the practical usage of appropriate vocational training ,according to their curriculum in the line of Mechatronics , Logistics and Nutrition and Catering Service .The project will correspond to the needs of both practical training participants and their further employers in the future. “ZST School” ( shorter way of the name of our school) is still looking for new partners among local and regional employers. They lead some discussions and research on the needs of employees in the local and regional labour market. The companies which are connected with our school: Sun Garden , Saint Gobain , Schade Steel Poland , ProfiM , Miranda , Piwniczna Restaurant , Hotel Colosseum. The employers are looking for our students who gain the additional qualifications and will be able to work on this positions. For these needs was introduced in 2010 a new department such as Logistics and it has been running the modern numerical machining center called HTEC ( Haas Technical Education Center ) for Mechanical and Mechatronics, too . A very important requirement among employers become German language, because most companies located in Turek and the surrounding area has German capital and the production is often based on a German language. Therefore ZST has been looking for a close partnership with educational institutions and work places in Germany for several years.The main part of this project is to use theoretical knowledge into practical way : operating and programming CNC machines , automation systems ,supervision of land and river transportation and warehousing , as well as the organization of the processes of nutrition and food services . The students also will have the opportunity to broaden the knowledge of English and German languages , obtaining skills in English and German in everyday situations. During the internship, foreign students will be able to take place in professional work - experience and factories located in Rhineland and Saxony land consistent with copyright teaching program created in cooperation with employers . For a school project is a priority in the development of international cooperation and allows to look at new and different way of vocational training in the departments as given before. This will allow to compare the current didactic and indicate the further teaching directions of our school.In the new EU financial perspective 2014-2020 ZST will receive approx. 6000 000zł , which will be used for buying modern equipment for school laboratories. The equipment will be similar to the one used in local companies. Additional skills acquired during international practices will be useful to students who will be admitted to the paid internships at companies located in special economic zone ( e.g Amber Prologistyc )The main results of the project will include the raising of professional skills in the field of the departments and also getting the participants of documents and certificates proving the skills and qualifications ( in particular the Europass Mobility and ECVET ), improving foreign language skills in speaking and writing , enriching cultural knowledge , as well as raising the self-esteem of the participants. It is not without significance for future employers will also acknowledge the staff with qualifications gained in the German factories and having sufficient language skills, which will serve to further the development of enterprises .Participants will be divided into 3 groups of 3 subgroups professional :- Logistics -2 weeks located in Duisburg ( KBWR organisation) Class III ( 6 students )- Mechatronics -2 weeks work- experience, located in Leipzig ( Vitalis organisation ) Class III ( 10 students )- Nutrition and Catering Service - 2 weeks work- experience, located in Leipzig (Vitalis organisation ) Class III ( 10 students ) 26 students will take place in the work experience which will be located in Germany.
