The project " Erasmus - The road to success " initiated by Tehnological Highschool Constantin Brancusi, Pestisani, the VET coordinator of a consortium: ,,GJ VET-Education Consortium for Europe,, aimed at preparing future graduates of technical schools in rural areas of the county Gorj for responding to the demands of the labor market and to the future employers through internships , practical training modules of the National Curriculum , in the training centers " value " ZAW , training center of Leipizg IHK ( chamber of Commerce and Industry ) and CKP Wroclaw and VET teacher training, using modern equipment and current technologies in areas where these young people are trained. It results in the urgent need to provide effective, quality practical training that contributes effectively to professional and personal development of VET trainees , young Gorj County that live in rural areas and to bring added value in generating employment and employability training. The objectives are: O1 . Acquiring skills that facilitate professional integration within 6 months of graduation of future technicians which are preparing to Tehnological Highschool Pestisani, Tehnological Highschool Baia de Fier and Tehnological Highschool Bustuchin O2 . Acquiring skills of VET staff to develop adaptability to technological changes in industry and improving the quality of students' practical training component O3. development of national VET consortium and strengthen transnational partnerships to facilitate iECVET geographical and professional mobility and increase employability of young Europeans. The target group consists of 60 trainees VET -45 Students in upper secondary education qualification, mecatronist Technician, Technician and Technician operator computing mechanic , level 3, eleventh grade -15 Students in junior highschool , the mechanical skill of tenth grade, 9 staff VE, teachers mechanics During the two years will be organized 60 training courses in VET trainees work for a period of 3 weeks between: 29th March-18th April 2015, 15 participants in Germany 19 th April – 9 th May 2015, 15 participants in Poland 3 rd October – 23 rd October2015, 12 participants in Poland for mechanical technician , maintenance and repair / technician computing operator / technician mecatronist, Level 3 and 31 st May – 20 th June 201518 participants in Poland for students with the general training of mechanics. XI grade students will go M9 , electronic circuits and tenth grade students , CDL 's theme " practical training in the field of assembly technology " will be respected National Curriculum requirements and provisions . Mentoring and guidance will be done by the guardian internship at ZAW and CKP and monitoring by teachers companion novel. RI acquired by students will be evaluated by the responsible for training - German and Polish engineer within the two training centers ( accredited competency assessment and authorized the issuance of certificates), by the German and Polish system under observation guardian stage and Romanian teachers validated and registered in Europas then trasferred in Romania via ECVET and recognized by the school where students come and included in the qualification. Staff members will participate in training activities through investments on the labour market with the duration of 2 weeks between: 07.09-18.09.2015 in Polonia 6th September – 19th September 2015, in Poland The content of training activities is specific to the specialization, it approaches current technologies in the field of mechanical - mechanical assambly. Before the internship, so trainees and VET students will receive pedagogical, linguistic and cultural training , that will influence their ability of Communication in a foreign language and intercultural skills. Search results: 75 trainees VET and professional staff training in an international environment, the implementation of the ECVET procedure tested, LA, MA, MoU practice books, Europass certificate and a lot of experience in the management of the project, in cooperation with international cooperation in VET consortiums that will result in better projects and more sustainable mobility, an open road to success for young people with limited opportunities in Gorj County but also for Romanian VET school in the rural areas.
