The training course will bring together young people to support youth work in violence prevention and human rights education and further develop non formal education techniques and approaches in dealing with gender-based violence. It will support to build the capacity and awareness of gender equality and to explore the background(s) of the diversities of gender perception in different countries. The course will improve the level of key competences and skills of young people with fewer opportunities and promote their active participation, social inclusion and solidarity, in particular through increased learning mobility opportunities; The project will give an opportunities to young people facing different obstacles like single mother or men are the victims of psychological or physical violence to share their information and gain knowledge about gender issues, participate in inter-cultural dialogue, support their employment, receive qualification, share experiences, challenges of developing human rights education in formal and non-formal education settings, involve in Erasmus + and all other possibilities it gives. It is of common knowledge that when women are not active participants, the views, needs and interests of half of the population are not represented. The training will support to demonstrate how can be used to overcome political, social and cultural barriers and empowerment their inclusion and active citizenship. The participants will study the problems and discuss about the contribution to women participation in active social life and increase their capacity to participate in decision-making and leadership especially women from rural and urban; The project will give also possibilities to youth facing discrimination of their sexual orientation to makes the voice against violence, bullying and be included in societies equally and be treated equally. The course will train youth leaders and youth workers to act as multipliers of inclusion work on local, national and international levels; It will empower social workers or multipliers working on gender topic to develop strategies, establish new contacts and develop common project ideas in the framework of Erasmus+. There will be follow up and dissemination as concrete step- to create the Magazine with stories about the gender violence with the photos which will be created by the participants.
