The project proposes the use of visual, rather than textual based learning materials and methods to support the vocational training of people at risk. Although it is proven scientifically that visual means and pictures are much more effective means to communicate information and to teach, still most learning materials are verbal and offered only in written form. The project proposes the development of extensive learning materials for specifically chosen sectors (first phase focuses on issues of wholesale trade and transportation) to support the “spectrum” of people with language and learning difficulties. The aim is to make the European system more visible, easily recognizable and well explainable. A digital learning environment will be developed to support the project aims.
