The general objective of teachers is to offer the best possible quality by using innovative ways of teaching in order the lesson to be interesting,attractive and at the same time enjoyable for the children.Through our participation in the Erasmus+ we target to the improvement and effectiveness of learning and as consequence of teaching,to our personal education and training,to the share of new knowledge in our school unit,to the cooperation and exchange of ideas with other European colleagues and to the innovative ways of teaching to our daily school routine in order to affect positively our students. Through democratic processes a four member team was founded with average age 30th-40th.The teachers participating in the program are University graduates with Master degrees in the educational sector. They have excellent knowledge of the English language and the use of computers. They are experienced teachers with great interest in educational learning both within the school unit and outside. Their cooperation is based on values such as respect,cooperation,support and others. The main purpose is quality upgrade of the scope of teachers so as they could contribute to the creation of a positive school culture and to improve/upgrade the quality of teaching. In addition it is an absolute need for ongoing educational training to adjust to the changing needs of a school unit. The participants have excellent relations with their students and their parents, the school personnel and all the parties involved in the school unit. Every team member is committed to work with methodology, professionalism, responsibility so as to be the foundation and generation of knowledge, experiences,capabilities and attitudes to the benefit of students and also for the benefit of the school unit. The activities chosen have to do mainly with the Special Education, the ICT -new technologies during the learning process and last with innovative ways of teaching. Their choice was based mainly on the basic description on the offered programs and on their content so as to correspond to the set targets and to the basic needs of the school unit. We believe that the quality of the seminars is achieved through the reputable webpage of Erasmus+,the School Education Gateway and the eTwinning. The team is ready to cooperate with the stakeholders of other schools and to sign agreements with the partners of the seminars. At the end of the seminars the Europass Mobility Document will be filed in the personal portfolio of each team member to the Ministry of Education and Culture. We aim that by the successful completion of the project our knowledge on using new technologies on education and their application at the school will be improved. We will strengthen the learning process though the acquisition of new technological equipment which will be presented at the seminars, we will implement innovative ideas in learning and we will help in the smooth induction of children with special needs into the learning process.
