This application presents an interdisciplinary, multi-scientific plan for school mobility within the ERASMUS program + / KA1 entitled "Training - Application - Improvment - Internationalization " for five teachers of Alikianos Lyceum, a small provincial school of Chania with about 110 students and 11 teachers, for one year.The special needs of the school that the ERASMUS+ programme could cover, were presented and refers to strengthening the English language, deepening the process of the collaborative and inquiry based learning, the creation and use of video as a means of learning, use of tablets and mobile phones as a means of teaching and learning as well as visiting schools in Finland.All actions will be undertaken by school teachers with high scientific education.The goal is to bring holistic innovative changes in the school function, the strategy, the approach and the tools of teaching, the approach of knowledge by students with greater zeal, joy and interest, resulting in strengthening the authority and school credibility in the local, national and international field, confirming significant professional benefits to participating teachers, reducing dropout from middle to upper high school, develop international collaborations etc.The side goals are to implement the development, improvement and efficient use of the digital school infrastructure but particularly in mobile phones and tablets owned by students, in order to improve the quality of educational work, the use and creation of video as a learning tool, the strengthening of the use of English, the integration and creative use of good practices that have been tested in Finland schools and elsewhere.Care has been taken in the following:That the selection of participants will be fair and merit-based, giving priority to those with the greatest needs and willingnessThat all participants will be helped using all the necessary material and qualified human resources, by trained advisors and possibly academics,That all mobilities and additional actions are programmed accurately in time and will create minimum disruption to school operationThat all mobility training subjects are selected according to the specific personal needs and interests of each teacher individuallyThat the control of activities will be made by a teaching team consisting of all the representatives of the school community,That there are special safeguards in control before, during, and after each mobility implementation with agreements between all parties involved,The (mostly) electronic communication between hosts institution and participating teachersThe implementation of the project results, dissemination and propagation of trainings,To prepare information and communication program for the project results in the media, presentations at conferences and workshopsTo use the electronic platform eTwinning creatively for the dissemination of the results and the creation of international partnerships
