The project is designed to improve the chemical accidents decontamination situations in Lithuanian and Latvian the Baltic Sea coastal areas. The project will be the acquisition of essential equipment necessary to eliminate the consequences of chemical accidents, other related activities. Will be developed in co-operation strategy and the contract will be signed. Organized fifty joint Lithuanian and Latvian workers' training. Three hundred persons who are responsible for oil and chemical accidents decontamination will take part in these trainings. A final conference will be held at the end of the project. Expected Results: 6 working meetings and 1 trainings for 50 firemen, 1 joint rescue team established, cooperation agreement signed, fire fighting equipment purchased
