But this can only be realized when fellow school have the necessary knowledge in the field of project management. To achieve this goal , colleagues to participate in a training course on the topic " Project Management for intercultural exchange projects in Europe." Here it is to find their target , partners from other European countries that are ready to perform with our school project . For the colleagues bring with commitment and dedication , as to the knowledge acquired their own colleagues are encouraged to discuss these with the use of English with other European schools . This is done in terms of arts, sports and culture as well as from the point of dealing with inclusion in schools. Here, the experience is unique among European colleagues a very high priority. As part of the training courses is envisaged that the results of the events, reflected in the cross-cultural competence in the classroom. Likewise, it is important to spread the European spirit in the classroom. Also interdisciplinary exchange between colleagues from different European schools is sought. In this context, to plan a project and carry it with colleagues and students of each school , is a great goal and requires extensive knowledge in the field of project management. When our colleagues find themselves as it is to manage a project , then you can unlock it for themselves to participate in training activities in the field of European exchange projects . In any case, the extension of the competencies used in this area of colleagues to the fact that students find better deal in perspective in Europe.
