To this end, the participating colleagues serve as multipliers.Number and profile of the participants:The four participating colleagues should be willing to attend training abroad, prepare these intensively and follow up. For this purpose also sufficient knowledge of foreign languages is required. They should be convinced of the European idea, be emphatic on it and spread it at the school. This includes the willingness to plan the lessons accordingly. Moreover, they should be open to establish contacts to colleagues from other countries and maintain them. Cooperation with internal and external school partners should go without saying.Description of the measures:Participation in intercultural project management training coursesMethodology for project implementation:The extension of the project management skills of teachers shall help organize European projects. In addition, the intercultural aspect of teaching shall be intensified through the training courses. Moreover, the intercultural aspect of teaching can be improved and broadened by new didactic and methodic impulses.Description of intended results and impacts as well as potential long-term benefits:Through experiences gained in the seminar the motivation for intercultural cooperation shall be strengthened and the expertise to design European school projects shall be developed.
