The project aims to put together people from countries of EU (Romania and Lithuania) and from Neighbouring Partner Countries (Republic of Moldova and Ukraine) in order to facilitate the interaction between young people, discussing and finding solutions for a better social cohesion. The main subject of this project is the social entrepreneurship, a way to resolve 2 current issues for society: youth unemployment and fewer opportunities for the disadvantaged people ( young from rural area). Social entrepreneurship has good results because requires the innovative spirit and creativity of young people to start a business and to create jobs for people with fewer opportunities. Through this project, we want to share information about how this concept is applied in the countries represented by the participants, to learn basic principles of social entrepreneurship and to search opportunities to put in practice the knowledge acquired. 24 young participants from Romania, Lithuania, Republic of Moldova and Ukraine are going to participate in this project, for 7 days, ini Iasi. During these days, using non-formal education methods, the participants are going to discuss about social entrepreneurship, presenting good practices from their countries regarding the subject and be informed about social entrepreneurship projects implemented in Iasi, the 4th city in the country and the 1st city from the region of Moldova. As applied exercise, the participants will work in mixed teams and will provide, based on information and visits in the city, some ideas regarding the community, that can be developed in terms of social entrepreneurship.
