Each day we hear stories of young entrepreneurs that start to conquer the world with their ideas, but what is the key of their success? Europe gives to youngsters an infinite number of possibilities to create and run their business however they lack the knowledge what is entrepreneurship and how to become a great entrepreneur. Entrepreneurial me! Is an 8-day long multilateral youth exchange, that will take place in Poland from 30.01 to 06.02.2017 and will gather youngsters from 5 different European countries. Its main aim is to promote entrepreneurial spirit among youngsters within the Erasmus Plus Programme. Through the methodology of non-formal education participants will learn what are the most important features of a great entrepreneur, what is entrepreneurship and also they will share best practices and good examples from their countries. During this youth exchange participants will enhance their cultural competences inter alia by living and working with youngsters from different countries and backgrounds. Moreover they will straighten their spirit of tolerance towards others opinions, beliefs, traditions or behaviors. Participants will also reflect about their competences that they will gain during this project in order to understand learning process. We will use Youthpass certificate as a tool to recognize those competences. We will focus on promoting Erasmus Plus Programme and its possibilities for young people. As a result of this project participants will create a comic book that will answer the question “What is entrepreneurship and how to become a good entrepreneur”. It will be uploaded on websites of all the partners and it will be available for each interested in this topic person.
