Enterprise4All - Enterprising Competences to Fight against Unemployment

The project is aimed at providing unemployed people with the necessary enterprising skills for creating their own business and generating their own job focusing on the most vulnerable and needed people, affected by the crisis: • young people• long-term unemployed people• +45 people.In order to achieve this goal, the project idea is to import innovative training materials and methodologies coming from different countries and previously developed by different project partners, combining such innovative products to develop a new integrated and comprehensive methodology to be used in training and advice programmes addressed to foster entrepreneurship, providing enterprising skills to unemployed people. The use of this methodology will allow users gaining all the necessary enterprising skills both hard and soft skills. The methodology, that has been already defined includes: - A diagnostic tool enabling to automatically identify the enterprising skills that the user have and those that he or she lacks. The resulting diagnostic will be a guide for the next steps to be taken in the process of helping the user to become an entrepreneur. - A set of learning materials accessible through the online portal of the project. These learning materials are addressed to fulfill the skills gaps identified through the diagnostic tool. - A mentoring methodology addressed to provide final user with the necessary soft skills and the necessary psychological support to face the process of creating their own business.The tangible results of the project will be the products already mentioned that will be available to be used by employment agents, careers advisors , training and any other professional who has to train unemployed people to become an entrepreneur. The intangible result will be the improved skills of unemployed people to start and run their own businesses and the improved capacity of the organizations training, advising and supporting them in this process. In the short term, the project will have an impact in the capacity of association, social partners, employment offices, etc. to attend unemployed workers who want to start their own business, providing such institutions with a sound methodological tool to be used in the different training and programmes that they undertake. In the long term, the use of the project results will allow an improved level of the enterprising skills of unemployed people, improving also the qualification of entrepreneurs and therefore the competitiveness of SMEs across Europe.
