Our plan for the learning mobility of five teachers from the school staff to receive training on integration , inclusion and differentiated teaching was formed taking into account the new educational practices aimed at a school for all and contribute to the promotion of a pluralistic society such as Europe 2020 .The inclusive education has a clear social function , in which the school system dramatizes a key role in general , as the school integration is a key condition or else a prerequisite for social inclusion. In this context, our expectations are two : First, through joint training of children from minorities and children of the majority so that prejudices and fear of relationships is reduced, to promote understanding and tolerance, and thus ' form ' students the attitude and intention for action that will prepare them in the adult social life to become active members of a multicultural society. Secondly, school at least it is viewed on the educational policy debate that defends equality of educational opportunity for all children- must offer students access to the dominant culture , while recognizing the value and allowing the expression of culture that each student carries .Pedagogical changes , such as co-operative teaching , open teaching , verbal evaluation , internal differentiation , social learning , are the conditions of learning in a class in which learners show large variations between different behaviors and the main aim of this mobility project .Specific objectives relating to the exchange of best practices with teachers from other European countries to improve the professional skills and the ability to exploit new learning tools and technologies relating to integration and inclusion of all students in all subjects. The five (5) participants in the project are teachers of various objects and special education teaching experience, that have the increased qualification and are dedicated to serve their position and be available for training in the context of a continuous and lifelong learning. The main activities are related to our training in pedagogy and teaching methodology for inclusion and integration of students with learning difficulties , disabilities, immigrant children by course providers in Finland and Latvia. The follow-up activities are the evaluation of our collected material and the broad dissemination of the outcomes. We will use cooperative methods to carry out our project. The results that we expect to have out of our plan , is the professional development of participating teachers so that they can improve the overall quality of learning in our school on subjects of integration and inclusive education , increased capacity for change on the modernization and opening of our school internationally, the promotion of multilingualism and intercultural awareness. The project is expected to have an impact on a more modern , pedagogic, dynamic , and experienced working environment , a "quality school for all" ready to incorporate best practices and new methods that will serve the needs of all students and increased skills to function on an international level because of its enhanced European Added Value. We believe the long term benefits of the project are our openness in Europe through the establishment of relations and partnerships and capacity planning and other European programs for the benefit of our students , and finally , the strengthening of our school's good reputationin the local community and the wider region, the professional of all teachers, and informing the whole teaching community about this policies.
