With this project we hoped to encourage and to motivate everyone that we can work together for educating together, learning from each other, teaching others learn by doing and inspire others. The project objectives were: 1) to enrich each other's experience- learning from each other, developing creativity and collaboration skills, acquiring intercultural communication and non-formal education; 2) to show the our staff, students and their parents, that world is open to us by being in the European Union and the EU offers us a wide variety of opportunities to develop, learn about other cultures, widen knowledge and participate in exciting activities; 3) to encourage both local and foreign educational institutions to develop projects in Erasmus + program and receive volunteers.  In order to achieve the set targets, we have selected and attracted to project an appropriate volunteer. The project duration is from August 1 of 2015 to March 1 to 2016, a voluntary activity time - three months starting from October 1, 2015. The main activities of the project: preparatory phase activities; implementation phase - volunteer was implementing activities of various fields and topics ( creating and leading games, sports and creative activities for children; writing a blog, assisting in educational institution's premises design activities; participating in the everyday life of organization and the learning process; generating her own ideas (teaching methods or equipment improvement / replenishment), organizing and attending in cultural events, communicating and presenting of events for education agency team, students, visitors, the community and other educational institutions; creating a video of project activities and results reflection; generating ideas of providing non-formal education methods in implementing daily learning process, and other activities). The used methods in implementation of voluntary work (discussions, "brainstorming", monitoring, assistance, teamwork, role-playing, presentation and creative approach). Together with the volunteer, we implemented project dissemination actions - on school premises was established an permanent exhibition about projects progress, ensure the regular publication of information on the project website. The evaluation phase (Volunteer created a video about project activities and results reflection, we prepared a presentation of the results obtained of the compilation - assessing responses of project aim groups questionnaires.) Impact of the project was certainly invaluable with regard to its key target groups - children and young people, educational institutions and teachers. We see several benefits in the long term - increasing of both local and foreign volunteers work in educational institutions, improvement of the daily work of educational institutions, the children get to know international environment and their creativity is developed, improvement of the kids learning process through non-formal education methods, and the individual personality of involved persons of this project- acquired new knowledge, skills and attitudes.
