Enhancement, Sanitation and Production of Local Vines and Wines
The general objective of the project is to recover and add value to local vine species for the production of high quality wines, in compliance with typical features and qualitative characteristics that may enhance their position on domestic and foreign markets. A further objective of the project is that of defining and assessing a model for multi-disciplinary action which, through the synergic approach of the various competences of O.U. involved, can become general and applicable to different national and international contexts for the exploitation and enhancement of local genetic resources.
