EN: Pursuing a higher education is one of the most important areas for the improvement of lives especially for the young people around Europe, (it is mentioned in several EU policy documents), which it helps them to prepare for the employability market. According to EUROSTAT, in February 2015, 5.392 million young people (under 25) were jobless. Unemployment youth rates, in general, are much higher than other rates for all other ages (http://epp.eurostat.ec.europa.eu/statistics_explained/index.php/Unemployment_statistics), and so, this project wants to target one major aspect of this problem, discussing how innovative, non-formal methods used in youth work can contribute to increase power and employability skills of young people in Europe. The main objective of the project was to prepare a number of 28th youth workers to become career advisors during 7 days of training course. The secondary Objectives were: 1. To create a compendium of at least 10 good practices and methods of career consultancy for other youth workers which can use them during their activities with youth. 3. To establish new synergies between the promoters and other partners of the project with at least 3 organizations, within at least five months after the training course; 4 . A broader understanding of the practices, policies and systems in non formal education and training in order to obtain high quality learning outcomes for youth workers.
