Foreign language skills are to be improved. Experience in the development of school subjects , projects and curricula are to be included in our school program . Intercultural communication and collaboration should be encouraged. Modern teaching methods and technologies are to be learned and deepened. The teachers were chosen because of their willingness to self- important new knowledge for our school . We want to continuously improve the foreign language skills of the teachers of our school and raise through this training activity , the level of instruction . Pronunciation and understanding of the language should be promoted. Modern teaching methods and technologies for use in the classroom should be learned and deepened. It is also important to us to incorporate our newly acquired knowledge of international education organizations in our projects. Pronunciation training and improvement of the English language , Prepare lessons , Planning of projects , Use of modern technologies , Job Sharing Work Experience with the Natives and Work Shadowing (various levels ) are the activities and procedures for project implementation. Expected results and impacts : Participants will master the English language for use in the class better . You will improve the competent use of modern technical aids , as well as their knowledge of Irish culture . The ability in organizing and managing international activities and projects to be improved. New teaching approaches that are to be applied in other countries included in the teaching work.
