Englisch als Schlüsselkompetenz für das Lernen in einer globalisierten Welt

The applicants intend to prepare students for a global cooperation through education and advancement of foreign-language competence with the main focus on abilities to communicate. The further training aims at enhancing the teachers’ linguistic proficiencies. Also it will provide new methods to motivate as well as knowledge of handling modern media beneficially for teaching purposes. Introducing eTwinning to students helps enable them to use their language skills in realistic everyday situations. The further training is supposed to establish the therefore required knowledge. A generally more modern teaching that motivates students and empowers and encourages them to intercultural and international exchange is the intended outcome of the further training.
