Engineering a New Global Environment

The challenge of engineering a sustainable economy that does no irreparable damage to the environment in the 21st century is clearly a global one. This proposed consortium seeks to educate the future engineers of the world in this vein by exposing them first hand to how engineering the environment is carried out in other parts of the world. In particular, we propose a partnership among universities located in different local environments that affect the manner in which they may view the environment and how to deal with it.
