" Barrier-Free ,Vocational Education "With the EME project, disabled and integrated training students will gain compedencies on both manufactoring and service sectors, this project will enable these students to effectiveness of the provision for new methods. Disability is a problem not only affects the individual but also the family,the immediate environment and psychological aura. Educational level is a sign which shows life quality healty, employment status, income and participation in social life increase in proportion to education level. If being disabled burden to participate in educational life, this makes disabled person unwilling. This vicious circle can be broken; quality and quantity of special education services, improving the availability, providing equality of opportunity. To improve the standarts legal regulations has been made. ministry of education special education services articles 23: ”inclusive education, special education needs of individuals with training support, training services ensuring normal person, along with public privates pre-school, primary, secondary and common education is the application.” With this articles in vocotional high schools mildly mentally and physically disabled students are trained. To some extend, the educational problem is solved but completed training with disabilities into labor market to gain is also requared. This data according to disabilities participation into labor forces approximately %78 labor force is not included. Labor force included is only %22, just %20 is employed.This stuation shows that disabled completely dependent on others and out of production. Without solving the employment problem of these people ,they won’t be able to live independent ,their quality of life will decrease. On this point vocational educational instutions have key point of the issue.Integrated students training methods are insufficient. Disabled individuals have the right to benefit from educational services in a best way such as normal individuals. The training needs of individuals with special needs are met according to differences in application environment is not regulated in vocational training instutions. In Turkey, on the subject developed a framework although inclusive education benefitting from the children and the process involved parents, teachers and school administrators face in practice the various difficulties. In order to achive successful integragtion of these students these shoud be supportative atmosphere with all school opponents by environment and human –educators factors. Thanks to EME Project we can develop new vacotional training methods for disabled and integrated training students and also we will give them a chance to grove themselves. Vacotional trainings centers which have disabled students, we will make observations ,applications, skill training, practice in the view on these places to training track by reporting to our country. İndividuals in need to obtain socialogical, psychological and educational support for the human resources laboratory by establishing that support. By doing all these regulations material adoptation, employability, educational characteristics problem, social seniarity will decrease, (integrity, productivity) adoptation of self –confident individual into society will increase. In this direction, our participants, high school teachers, member of the association and tutors. Vocational Education and Developement Workshops with their teacher from various schools are a total of 35 people.
