Encourager les Mobilités Internationales au sein des formations sanitaires et sociales
Start date: Jul 1, 2014, End date: Jun 30, 2016 PROJECT  FINISHED

The project we submitted in 2014 was very ambitious. We had to encourage the mobility within the sanitary and social trainings to promote inclusion, we also had to rebuild the social links in a society that gets more and more exposed to the increase of weaken populations. This ambition never left our project, and even if we failed to acheive all the requested mobilities, it seems that the ones we realized reached their goal. Relying on some well-known partners, our project certainly reinforced the opening of ASKORIA ‘s students and teachers to diversity. It contributed to share of good professional practices towards the assisted persons. 29 students benefited from individual or collective mobility : 21 monitors educators, 2 techniciennes d’intervention sociale et familiale, 2 auxiliaire de vie sociale, 4 animateurs préparant le Brevet Professionnel de la jeunesse de l’éducation populaire et du sport (BPJEPS). 2 teachers accompanied in Italy the collective mobility for monitors educators in Italy. 5 teachers from Askoria benefited from the course mobility. In order to guarantee the continuity of their mobility, the project manager from Askoria’s mobility department followed the two projects. The impact of these mobilities is obvious. The beneficiaries all came back changed and excited by their mobility which opened them up the scope of possibilities. Being faced to other people reinforced their self-confidence and enabled them to trust in their abilities, which is an essential condition for a relation of quality. The challenge is now to extend the effects of these mobilities, in order to develop the European dimension of Askoria’s training.
