The offerta formativa of IC Vittorio Veneto 2 “A. Zanzotto” is characterized by a type of upbringing open to Europe together with the early age learning of the foreign languages, multilingualism, intercultural education, inclusion and the integration of the new technologies in didactics.The Project “En-joining Europe” aims at enriching the teachers' professional competences, increasing the motivation to teaching in participants, acquiring new teaching methods according to the European key competences, developing CLIL methodology to any field of knowledge, sharing experiences and educational and didactic methods according to Europe, live languages through direct and emotional experiences, integrating the use of ICT to improve the teachers' computing and digital skills, comparing with foreign colleagues in terms of didactics teaching and learning, sharing the course final results with the other teachers and members of staff inside the institute, stimulating interest and motivation, joining the European teaching action, keeping contacts and starting new relations with other comunitarian teachers, developing partnerships and starting students' mobility.The teachers joining the project are 8, one from the nursery school, 5 from the primary school and 2 from the secondary school. The teachers are all English teachers, some of them graduated, some obtained a language certification and some others have been and still are group leaders abroad. The 2 mobility projects are:1 week mobility (from 4th to 10th September 2016) to the UK1 week 5 mobilities (from 20th to 26th November 2016) to the U.K. The activities are meant to take place as follows:- focus on teachers' needs - January 2016: teachers' selection for Project K1 – Project K1 carrying out;- January – September 2016: staff meetings ;- September 2016: mobility and course attendance "Teaching and Learning of English Language and Culture" in the U.K.;- October 2016: participants' report to the Institute Headmaster and staff and to the Foreign Languages Board about the carried out activity;- November 2016: second mobility with course attendance "Teaching Literacy Through Visual Narrative" in the U.K.;- December 2016: participants' report to the Institute Headmaster and staff and to the Foreign Languages Board about the carried out activity;- January 2017: CLIL methodology introduction in the 4th and 5th classes of the primary school and in two third-year classes of the secondary school;- January-February 2017: start using e-twinning platform shared by at least two classes of the primary school and by one of the secondary school;- January- June 2017: feedback meetings about experiences and didactic material production, activation of a forum discussion or of a school blog; information spreading through the local print about the carried out experience; paper and digital material production by the students according to cooperative learning methodology.After coming back from the U.K., the teachers taking part to the mobility project, will share their life experience in a meeting. The acquired competences will allow them to teach also through visual narrative techniques in the nursery school, through activities which will integrate the institute curricolo. The second language and the innovative techniques adopted, also through the ICT use, will become the school habitus of the teachers and the students integrated with an active and lifelong learning pattern. The received and acquired learning will be the opportunity for : a professional development within a European and multilingual context, updating good skills, improving communicative skills in a foreign language, carrying out didactic and updated innovative materials and the inclusion in a European cooperative net meant for the exchange of ideas, documents of ' buone pratiche' about the use of the New Technologies, foreign languages and CLIL methodology used for school inclusion .The teachers will create a blog as well where emotions and personal experiences will be contained. The 'online diary' will be an immediate mean to involve colleagues in primis and students and family afterwards. This experience will give origin to a permanent group of teachers, open to a European action of conceiving learning in a different way, able to plan and carry out Erasmus Plus Projects, thinking ahead in terms of planning for students' future mobily as a further objective Action K2.
