The creation of new ideas to address the situation that today's youth is living, entrepreneurship and environmental concerns will meet in the cultural exchange with the name "Borderless entrepreneurship, Europe without limits" to be held in Valladolid, Spain. After three successful cultural exchanges in last years, following the topic of entrepreneurship and sustainable development as an engine for new ideas, this year we continue with this project which is necessary to make young people aware of the current situation in Europe and open their minds to a new career choice: entrepreneurship. In previous years the project has resulted in young people from cities like St. Petersburg, Zagreb, Belgrade, Athens and Krakow sharing with young ‘vallisoletanos’ ideas on how to come out with solutions to unemployment, taking the first steps to see entrepreneurship as an option for the near future and put sustainable technological development as a way to achieve it. Given the great success of this initiative in previous years, this year we are continuing this project with the topic "Borderless undertaking, Europe without limits". From 5 to 12 August 2014, for a total of 8 days, 30 participants from the cities of Yekaterinburg, Turin and Valladolid, along with their respective group leaders, will live together in a multicultural environment and exchange views on sustainable technological development, prioritizing respect for the environment. Also, we will try to move their concern to the current unemployment problem and open the door to the possibility for future entrepreneurship. All members of the organization are students. This ensures a relaxed atmosphere, and a good communication and dynamic. The working methodology will be participatory, they are going to have discussion sessions, lectures, business games, talks, Workshops and Coworking . An important part of the exchange is focused on the knowledge of the Spanish culture, the participants will learn new things about Spain, our culture and traditions. Among the various recreational activities, historical sites and museums in our city will be visited. They will also have free time and participate in regional and autochthonous games. Finally, we can say that the main goal of our project is that participants meet and acquire a solid knowledge base in the field of sustainable technological development, in a context of respect for the environment, as well as planting a seed of concern in each of them so this encourages them to undertake in this field in the future, thus they become aware of the problem of youth unemployment. All this will be developed under an atmosphere of European and multicultural coexistence.
