Modern society is characterized by dynamism, quick change and evolution. This means that citizens we must continuously refresh our knowledege, incorporating different experiences, new ideas and ways of doing into our lives. Trying to answer this set of circumstances, the idea of the project Entrepeneurs for Europe (EPE Proyect) is appeared. It attempts to merge several ideas (based on work placements abroad). On the one hand, enhance entrepreneurial skills as a way to address the different facets of life, taking initiatives, undertaking all types of innovative actions, knowing risk and learn from mistakes, ... On the other hand, aims to bring the European framework rural citizens who still live too "inwardly", they are so narrow-minded and talk about Europe is to mention a distant, unreachable and inaccessible space. Puente Ajuda High School´s students belonging to humble households with low income. Through the experience in London, students not only begin to conceive of European dimension as something closer but also will add value as future professionals of the industry management administration. Participate in the mobilities of the project is put into practice everything learned as students , but also helps to build an open mind, a broader view of things, to have creative ideas and to face changes. Besides through mobilities, all these results are to be achieved by performing several activities in the different phases of the project, preparing the students before traveling to London and working aspects like knowing what is supposed to be European citizens and all on entrepreneurship, understood as a general attitude to life, which includes developing self-confidence and motivation to undertake something, creativity, dynamism, risk taking, learning to think critically, ability to learn by one same, learn to assume new roles in a changing society, make decisions and take responsibility and many others. As we have been commented, society changes so quick, being necessary to adapt to these changes. This has to be done in all fields and at all levels so that it is essential that teachers refresh their knowledge, using innovative educational practices and training day to day. Thus, we take advantages of the synergies offered by the project, so that while students doing their traineeship abroad, teachers observe the way of working of the London companies in order to improve their teaching. Nowadays it´s really importan to be fluent in some language, and specially in english. This fact opens many doors to finding a job therefore be a key aspect to work. Thanks to the mobility, both teachers and students will have a great opportunity to use English in a native environment, which will help improve its use. Participation in the project will have a major impact for students in both the short term (for the personal experience that entails improving their social, cultural and linguistic skills), medium and long term, since this experience puts them in a better position to join the labor market at a national level, having a better CV, and transnational level, as the London companies where the students make their traineeship, have a reference about how do their work, so this companies take this students into account as future candidates to join them. For teachers entails a clear impact on the quality of teaching; observe how london firms are managed, what is their departmental organization, knowing how formal and informal communications are done,.... is invaluable. The expected impact on the implementation of EPE project is similar to High School, particularly to its external image, positioning itself as an innovative and a good practice institution. In short, Europe Entrepreneurs is a project that allow perform on certain aspects that have been identified as deficient and are required to work towards improving our society. One last thought: "Projects are successful when they identify the needs of the context and become programs of personal and social improvement."
