011241 EMPLOYMENT SPORTS AND HEALTH FOR THE YOUTH has become organisationed by Empati Youth Group and with Croatian participants.Our project had to be with 14 Croatian and 14 Turkish participant but 2 of the Croatian participants couldn't join us.Our project was between 28.02.2015/14.03.2015.The participants' ages were between 18-25. Our Aims: 1.To provide finding their problems for young 2.To encourage the youngs for to examine rural commercial organization conditions like rural development cooperative,cooperativing,young society,commercial partnership and to solve their own problems with their way. 3.To planning and apply activities that which will make possible to youngs that who live in rural places can join social and cultural life. ACTIVITIES: 1.Organization models of rural development seminar 2.Young participation and position in sporty and cultural activities seminar. 3.European unity structure,Youth Programmes,the best presentations of European Projects. 4.Examination in a rural development cooperative. 5.Examination in one of the top union rural development cooperative. 6.To show how to establish a rural development cooperative. 7.Various social and sporty activities. 8.Sociology of rural society. 9.To make loved the sport a)Paticipants did nature walking b)Camping and picnic c)Pariticipants did a e-book about old childhood games. d)Press conference,evaluation meeting and radio programme in Göksun FM. EXPECTATION AFTER PROJECT -Participants' managerial abilities will be improved. -Participants' group soul will be improved. -Participants' communication abilities will be improved. -Participants' cultural and linguistic qualification will go up. -Participants' organization qualification will be improved. -Participants' leading abilities will be improved. -Participants will be used to be in projects. -Youth will be aware of sports. -Participants' active citizenship will go up and European citizenship consciousness will be improved. -Youth's knowledge about living organizated will go up. -Ability about economical enterprice of village youth will go up and their economical condition and social status will be better. -Participants' institutional capacities will improve. -Participants' cooperation capacities will improve. -Participants' people source capacities will improve. -Participant' making and applying project abilities will improve. -Participants' visibility will go up. -Local people will be more aware.
