This project gives special and unique opportunities for everybody involved in its activities. Sharing the non-formal education experience, Polish volunteers and the Ukrainian young people will take part in everyday work of an NGO, will gain not only the practical knowledge of wide aspects of NGO operations, voluntary work, but gain also intercultural experience and a chance to develop as a person. Volunteer will also be able to compare the situation of young disable people in their own country and Ukraine and possibly give suggestions for improvements in the future projects. There will be also space and opportunity to propose and start new initiatives with the support of volunteers engaged in Green Cross Society and after returning home Polish volunteer will share her experience with other young people, especially with those who have particular needs.
