EEG will host the "EMPLOYED IS COOL - EPIC", and within eight days of this youth exchange, which will take place on eco-touristic mountain Rudnik near town of Gornji Milanovac, the participants will be encouraged to take part in different non-formal activities, and through them they will learn more about main theme of this exchange which is: youth unemployment and job opportunities on regarding on eco-tourism, sustainable development and entrepreneurship.Objectives of this youth exchange are to raise conscience about youth unemployment, job opportunities for young people and sustainable development. Also to convince young people to stand up for themselves and to build up work habits.During the visit to local farms they will get to know more about eco-tourism and job opportunities on countryside. During the visit to local factories in city they will get to know with variety of professions and to find some interesting profession for them. Participants will have active roll in "promotion of healthy lifestyles" workshop by repainting and rebuilding wooden signs for local "health path", that is used for bicycling and hiking, and which is connecting main sights in this beautiful hilly part of Serbia. 49 youngsters from UK, Portugal, Macedonia, Poland, Slovenia, B&H, Bulgaria and Serbia, age 18 to 25, will also be able to show their creative skills by making video material about job opportunities, so they can present it in their communities and raise consciousness about importance of employment.Using presentations, simulation exercises, team building games and short lectures participants will achieve objectives. One of the main objectives is to foster mutual understanding between young people and this exchange will promote young active citizenship and their European citizenship in particular trough inter-cultural nights, various activities which will have task to show participants that Europe is one big jewel and that we are equal part of that jewel.
