It deals with social topics such as: inclusion, culture, events, business and sustainability, training, conferences, European Voluntary Service and much more.In recent years the Association, being aware that employability competences can be reached through a number of innovative mechanisms, has implemented a cooperative and inclusive model with the Cultural Laboratory I'M. The aim is to improve the allocation and use of the resources and promote the transfer of competences in order to develop and strengthen the employability and self-entrepreneurship of the participants.Currently, the Lab is composed of more than 50 activists, including volunteers, staff and some groups at risk of emargination like people with physical disabilities, migrants and asylum-seekers. To improve the level of competences the plan of the European mobility will take place in the following countries: United Kingdom, Spain, Croatia, Finland, Denmark, Germany and Belgium.Following a path which has been awarded by the major national foundations, Khorakhanè is willing to improve the quality of its training opportunities and to promote innovation and internationalization through the development of transnational cooperation.Eager to learn and strong in its capability to involve the local community, it wants to give its staff the necessary tools to become "Knowledge Workers", believing that the key for success lies in creating opportunities and collaborating in the most effective way.The European mobility plan "Employability and Knowledge Workers" is integral part of the development plan of the Association for the next 2 years and is composed of 21 mobilities. Its primary objectives are to raise a European sense of identity and the desire to take part into the "Trans European Helles", European network of the independent cultural centres.Khorakhanè would like to support its staff in its learning process with an adequate training and increase the quality of the association's coaching offer with the creation of the "Knowledge Workers" team who should be able to provide innovative knowledge for the local and national territory, with an international vision too. This can foster further opportunities, productive skills and competences that will enable people to find, create, maintain, enrich or change their job. The mobility will contribute to the benefit of the local territory providing initiatives and training opportunities, internationalization and new European projects. An information campaign about soft skills, employability and new business models for the cultural sector will be set up, as well as a database will be created with the contents of the mobility (story board, photos, videos and interviews). It will be available on the project website in order to get better visibility. Finally, animation activities for the community, events and conferences for the communication and promotion of the European network will be organized. The topics addressed will be: new cultural business models, best-practices about employability and soft skills, active citizenship skills. The mobility will offer the opportunity to disseminate the exchange and collection of experiences and information at a national level and to create an expert team of Knowledge Workers who will support the transfer of competences and will be the promoters of innovation and internationalization.
