The project EROPRO EU-development of practical competences for the transition from school al the work place answers the need to improve the level of practical training of the VET students in Tehnological High School "Cezar Nicolau" in the domain they are prepared for pay instruments for the students in the eight grade and The transition to the work place-office of learning Local Curricular for the students in the ten-th grade to get competences and abilytis "knowledge" for what the real practice is and at the same time a good leanguage intercultural pedagogical and key competences.The project EROPRO EU answers the need to asure the acces to a hight quality education of the youth in the rural area, vulnerable groups and to combat social exclusion.The purpose of our project is to facilitate the eficient transition from school to active life of the students qualified as: tehnician in economical activities through the economic agents from different social and economical fields. So the future graduates will be well trained and competitive an the work market at a national and a european level. All for the personal development of the students, the development of their interculltural and lingvistic competences will offer them a greater adaptibility at the active life condition after they graduale.The objective of the project:O1:Getting relevant, usefull work experiences for the future career and the acomodation of their future practical activities in order to hier an the european work field of the 42 students qualified as tehnician in economical activies: 21 students in UC25 pay instruments and 21 students in the local curricular, the transition from school to the work place-learning office. UC6 team work and UC9 the transition from school to the work place.O2:The grave of the capacity to adopt at different profesional, social and cultural domains through of linguistic practice and cultural activities in UK of the 42 students of the Tehnological High School Cezar Nicolau wich one in initial formation for the qualification for the tehnician in economical activities.O3:The reinforcement of the conection at national and international level in other to cooperate with work place, school and groth of the atractivity and quality of VET.In the project will be involved 42 students: 21 students in the 10th grade (2016-2017) tehnological inferior cycle domain, and 21 students 11th grade (2016-2017) superior cycle of high school qualification tehnician in economical activities level3(NQF) level 4(EQF).The students are eged between 15-18 at least 60% belong to the category of the person with reduced opportunities, monoparental families, unemployed parents.The objectives will be realized through activities of proffesional training and the organisations wich are focus to get maximum efficiency and the wide impact of the project.Practical training is equivalet to:-10th grade 90 hours(3week * 6hours/day*5days/week) Curriculum in local development "Transition from school to work place-learning office" in order to get key competences: UC9 "the transition from school to work place" and UC6 "team work" from proffesional training.-11th grade module M7: Pay instrument (practical training-90 hours), UC 25 from SPP.The duration of the placement is the one estabilished in the curriculum.Cultural training consists in viziting places and cultural activities in free time and in the weekends as poit of activity.In Romania before leaving a pedagogical, linguistic and cultural programme is organised and realised LTCN.For each activity wich implies a cost the financiar responsable will register the effective operation in accointaincy and apayment of the services. The responsable of the project and the financial responsable will asure the elaboration and the sending at national agency of final project report according to procedures in the quide Erasmus+ at the establshed data.The evoluation of the project will be realised by using specific assesment instruments such as quizz documents analysis.The sustenability is assured by the multiplication of the result, suport materials, new projects
