Our organisation, Najdihojca Kindergarten Ljubljana, supports our employees in their efforts of acquiuring modern pedagogical knowledge and creating new pedagogical practices with the purpose of enrichment of the preschool curicillum. With this project of school education staff mobility we want to get new expertise and practical knowledge that is already used abroad but neither well known or practised in our organisation. For that we want to send two of our preschool teachers to attend specific programmes where they would acquire this knowledge and implement and practise this knowledge in our curricullum. Our two teachers have chosen two different areas of pedagogical knowledge by their preferences and abilities. The first one wishes to get to know the elements of Montessori pedagogical system for children between 1-3 years. The second wishes to gain knowledge in Kids Yoga teaching. Both of these two pedagogical areas have already been recognised by experts as fine and effective practices, also for inclusive integration of kids with special needs into this programmes. We have several departments with kids with special needs in our kindergarten and we especially want to implement these newly gaind knowledge as a practise into their educational currucullum. The programme attendees will share the gained knowledge not only with the preschool children but also with other proffesional staff of our organisation and our childrens parrents. The organisation will get two new certified practioneers of selected programmes. With their cooperation we will try to promote these newly acquired knowledges also to other (external) organisations in our country.
