FORO TECNICODE FORMACION (FTF), working from 1.999 statewide to develop training plans for public, and private companies and nonprofit sector of services and care facilities for dependent persons.. FTF focuses on the technical design of those specialties where you can really add value to the training of professionals why we collaborate with various entities in the sector that allow us to provide a specialized service and quality, including the FUNDACION CUIDADOS DIGNOS (FCD), a set of Professional of Geriatric and Gerontology created to develop the Ethics and Dignity in daily care of the Elderly Dependents and the individualization and customization of such care. It develops LIBERACARE STANDARD (STANDARD LC) is the set of general principles to implement and evaluate a New Model of Person Centered Care for the Management and Control Fasteners. FTF we signed in 2013 a cooperation agreement with the FCD to run training as a basis for the implementation of STANDARD LC and contributed to the formation developed adaptation of the objectives and content to the real needs of our customers, sanitary partner institutions, we have certified professionals (doctors, nurses, psychologists, physiotherapists, social workers and educators) by FCD in the STANDARD LC throughout the national territory, coordinated by geographical area and allowing knowledge acquisition and application in the workplace of organizations seeking certification in STANDARD LC is homogeneous. The development of course material must be adapted to actual needs, through case or actual working models that facilitate job related to learning. And that is why we want to support FCD throughout the course of the method of interactive theater TP-TEATER done in this project provide a new interactive learning tool that will be really useful to adapt to the reality of the institutions, as we have seen in the European project LDV- CAPWIN, since the scripts are done with the target group for STANDARD LC team leader who is who leads the implementation process in the centers, but giving a European dimension to the formation of the STANDARD LC, with course by TPT also adding a European dimension to our certified trainers organization FCD give a European dimension to learning method STANDARD LC and by extension to the implementation of this which is the main goal of learning by directors and officers first technical team and a leader in second place and the rest of the organization, including family members and users of services and facilities. The main activity is the development of a training course modality for these 14 social-health professionals, teachers certified to train the STANDARD LC by FCD, with interactive methodology on the method of interactive theater 4 day 6 hours per day in which teachers TPT will explain the history of the interactive theater method and show us examples of their application in different subjects, we will train in the use of interactive theater method we teach the pedagogical elements to be later used in class with students. and will work on creating scripts related type streamlining fasteners. At the end of the course a Memorandum of Understanding (ECVET) report containing the results of all evaluations of the 4 learning outcomes contained in the of Personalized Learning Agreement between FTF and participants will be generated. All work evaluation (pre and post course) that will TPT and monitoring of this control, attendance at meetings, delivery of work requested, the process of validation and recognition of learning outcomes will be conducted by FTF. We will have the collaboration of the FCD and assigned to the course tutor TPT himself. The desired minimum impact is due to both the national implementation as our national training center, for the national implementation of the STANDARD LC although we expect that the spread in our Swedish partner networks anime other organizations in Sweden to use the method of interactive theater for continuous learning professionals in health and social services in techniques and methods of intervention in disadvantaged groups, as we can disseminate that experience in all European projects in which both FTF as TPT
