ATENEA GOES TO: “GRAND TOUR IN EUROPE: CREATIVITY, INNOVATION, ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP AND INTERCULTURAL DIALOGUE”. CONTEXT The IES Atenea participates in European projects since 2005. As a dynamic center, each year we try to participate in different innovative projects in different areas. (Exchanges in secondary school in France, Erasmus mobilities, host organisation of students of Tuscany, presentation of professional family cultural services and the community to a group of adults within the Grundtvig program, host organisation of Leonardo students, ...) But we have a strong need to satisfy, that is, to answer the demand for internationalization in the school sector, and we want to make our first contact with teacher training with a simple project that involves six teachers in a course organized by the Laboratory cittadino Onlus: Grand Tour in Europe: creativity, innovation, active citizenship and intercultural dialogue in French. The main idea is that the training received by teachers revert directly to students with the intention of creating a network to request strategic partnership projects in the field of school education someday. NUMBER: 1 participant to France (5 days). 2 participants to Italy (5 days). PARTICIPANTS PROFILE - 1 teacher from French department. - 1 teacher from other departments. - 1 teacher to coordinate the Erasmus + program. ACTIVITIES 1. CREATING committee mobility. 2. PROCESS selection. It was not necesary because there was consensus in the election due to personal availability of teachers. 3. TRAINING socio-linguistic betoneficiaries. 4. Organization of the practical and logistical aspects, such as: travellings, accommodation and transport. 5. COORDINATION with the communication manager of Laboratory cittadino for signing documents, accommodation, training plan, etc. 6. SHARING and analysis of work, experience sharing, coordination, study methodology, curriculum improvement of the subjects taught in French, error detection and proposals for correction. 7. EVALUATION of the results obtained in this project 8. REVIEW BLOG 9. ADVERTISING in a press release, TV, radio, college, AMPA. 10. FINAL REPORT WRITING project. METHODOLOGY Teamwork. EXPECTED RESULTS AND IMPACT. Personal and professional growth of teachers. Improving curricular materials. Updating and dynamism of IES. Improving the quality of teaching. LONG TERM BENEFITS We consider the project has given students a special better training to enhance their future employability so necessary these days due to the demand for employment and the best curriculums to be taken into account.
