The promotion of creativity throughout the every day schedule as well as the continues relevant training of the staff, is the main goal of our school. By promoting creativity of the children we actually mean giving the children the chance to cooperate,share their ideas, experiment, solving problems, communicate, make friends, accept and respect others, discovering their abilities and interests, learning how to learn in a rabidly changing world. We believe that if two off our member staff can attend relevant seminars it would be ideal for us to exchange knowledge, improve our didactic methods and implement creative work. These teachers are capable and willing to cooperate with every other colleague that they will have the chance to meet through the seminars. They have the responsibility to keep records and reports in order to make a didactic script which will help anyone who refers to it. Choosing the seminars was a tempting work since there is a plurality of subjects. However we focus in those we believe will offer us the best according to our aims. The first seminar is about theatre as an educational tool. We all know how can theatrical behavior and imitation be used in small children's education. Cyprus, unfortunately, can not give us often the chance for such experiences. The second seminar we have chosen is about creativity, innovation and multicultural dialogue. From this seminar we expect much since it meets our general goal of creativity. As it shows the choice off the seminars was not random but targeted.
