The program which we implemented in Cyprus was entitled "Training in new practices and conventional electronic records management applications" and was for a modern solution to automatically route documents to all parts of a company or organization, providing significant advantages such as: . Significant increase in productivity, . Faster and more quality of service to customers and partners because of the easy access to information sources, . Organized and safe control of documents and information, . Storage space saving documents because of good compression of computer data. Educational mission to carry out in order to meet the educational needs of students and understand: . electronic management and archiving of documents . maps & microform archives transition methodology in electronics, . electronic document and signature, . the architecture of the electronic filing system and records management, data, image, sound .the file management system ISO 15489-1 / 2001: records management . safety archival systems . the practical application of their knowledge in real working conditions, as their training is limited to theoretical training and applications only in laboratories at schools, . the workplace experience. The training program was designed and implemented according to the characteristics of the participants in order to obtain the specialized knowledge required regarding the electronic file management, so that in combination with intakes practical skills and attitudes required by their specialty, to become competitive and able to pursue and achieve their integration into the labor market. The plan was chosen as the host organization EDEX - Intercollege in Cyprus - college with an established reputation in higher education offering unique educational opportunities to students In the proposed project involved 20 students of the 1st EPAL Rafinas, who attend classes in IT sectors and Finance and Administration. The project brought together students with industry professionals in order to gain experience for the exercise of their expertise and contact with actual working conditions. Finally, the cooperation between the two organizations has widely applicable results and impact such as: - Collaborations with the aim of continuing implementing mobility programs, - To improve the skills and employability of the trainees, - Modernization of education and training systems, - Upgrading of his reputation, - Highlighting the importance of the European dimension in education and training and lifelong learning through promoting mobility, cooperation and good practice transfer between organizations from different EU countries.
