The School of European Education Heraklion, as a multicultural school, is necessary to incorporate the strategy of the new practices that will lead to the development of such a school, as after looking at the modern educational process is to find practices that would mitigate the difficult socio-emotional condition experienced by students with different cultural culture and lead to social integration. To this destination, the training plan proposed in the framework of Erasmus + has a lot to offer. Specific objectives are: a) the training of teachers in intercultural education b ) training of management on effective management of such a multicultural school We Suggest the participation of three members of the school management (Director , Deputy Director of 1st Cycle and Deputy Director of 2nd Cycle), 3 class teachers and two educational disciplines teachers ( Physical Education, Foreign Laguage or Science) . The activities we propose to involve above concerning multicultural education while methodology refers to experiential learning and interdisciplinary approach. The outcome will be the creation of a positive climate of multicultural education and the integration of students from different cultural mainstream culture . The impact will be both short-term and will involve the introduction of new innovative practices of intercultural education and long-term relation with the improvement of the provided educational work and improve the quality of the school .
