Through the program "EDUCATION FOR GENERATING DEVICE SUPPORT agri-food sector of EVIA THROUGH THE OPERATION INCUBATOR" trained 28 members of the Federation, which is responsible for Human Resources in order to guide and encourage others to give added value to agricultural products of the county. The plan seeks through the training of human resources, to achieve the following objectives: 1. Support the development strategy of secondary Evia area 2. Support - business orientation. 3. Create standards for the certification of products with the brand "EVIA" signal, enhancing the quality and identity of their commercial value to markets within and outside the island. 4. Support for the networking of producers and agri-food businesses (eg Winemakers Network, producer groups, etc.). 5. Promotion of Evia agri-food products. 6. Create a comprehensive marketing strategy for the products of Evia. Beneficiaries are accruing valuable experience and important skills that will help them cope with the current market requirements. Under this strategy the central aim of the project is to provide training programs in selected institutions abroad to strains belonging to the Collective Bodies to acquire new knowledge and skills regarding the MECHANISM SUPPORT OPERATION and incubators. Participants followed a comprehensive training program tailored to the educational needs of learners. H energy has a multiplier effect because it has created an environment where not only develop skills and acquire new knowledge for the beneficiaries, while promoted a European environmental cooperation between the partners, with a positive impact on the profile of each participant in the organization plan. The total project duration was 14 days and was held for 28 people (14 per country) in Italy and Germany. The Host Institution Comunicazione has branches in Italy and Germany and has experience with forwarding the promotion of agri-food sector as well as considerable experience in adult education.
