Participating in this further education Mrs Jahn shall be able to use better English in her lessons, especially in Music but as well in English; on the one hand here the English language should be used throughout, and on the other hand there should be competent bilingual lessons in Music. New ideas and methods as well as the use of new media should help her to motivate the pupils and to improve their linguistic competence. A relaxed use of the foreign language in the Music lessons shall teach them a quite natural use of English and therefore they will be able to get better conditions for a stay abroad, maybe for a school exchange or for their studies or working life.That is true especially for our plans of getting more possibilities for school exchanges for our pupils (maybe via contacts of other participants of the course) to enable all of them to take part in one of them. Mrs Jahn shall pass on her new knowledge, new ideas and methods to her colleagues. In the future there should be more bilingual lessons in our school. For this more teachers shall be taught in further educations to fully meet the requirements in the quality of the lessons. As well there should be more competences in management. We need them to cope with additional tasks caused by expanding international networking. And they shall bring an improvement in the possibilities of international exchanges with partner schools or other organizations.
