The education of persons with disabilities is legally obligatory in accordance with 15 UN resolution. The implementation of an optimum promotion of students, not only in inclusive classes or special funds, is very different depending on the country. It is necessary for the teachers in this area of work to practical experience in addition to university education and exchange across Europe. The basic idea of inclusion is that virtually every individual student should get their individual requirements in accordance with learning opportunities that meet his educational goal. A basic task of the teacher is in a precise educational Diagnostics. This task is very important in the area of students with disabilities. Here, the various schools have their observations, materials and strategies that are experienced and exchanged through this project. The implementation of these funding plans varies across Europe and a better knowledge creates new perspectives and allows the participants to a more effective teaching. An interdisciplinary teaching is this needed, as the clear inclusion of mental, linguistic, socio-cultural, physical and motor skills of basic and life-practical strategies for action and thus their mediation by the teachers. This concerns the further development of our teachers in the individualized, differentiated, and cooperative teaching and learning. The educational use of IAT in the classroom, as well as the disability-specific use of computers and other technical aids in the communication building (E.g. in autism) to be presented to each other and improve.A total of 16 participating members from Coburg (teachers with university education) to ensure that the results of this project can be inserted in all our school subjects and from the first grade up to the professional level. We understand "Job Shadowing" so that smaller lessons takes over any Co-worker in direct consultation with the local classroom teachers in parts of teaching. Similarities and differences in the educational system are clear and can be discussed afterwards. In the form of a "collective consultation", represented the special objectives of the students and the integration in the classroom and the collected impressions discussed these results are to be incorporated in the development of its own school. A paper about eTwinning and the seminars at Bavarian schools is planned. The long-term benefit will be that educational concepts are exchanged, which directly benefit the students with disabilities
