The aim of this project is to develop scientifically the necessary activities and terms for energetic utilization of renewable resources in the North-Hungarian region and Nyitra, Besztercebánya, Kassa counties. We will disseminate the approach of environmental awareness. In the relevant regions the obstructive factor of spreading utilization of renewable resources is that the population has no culture of energy-saving and they are under-informated. So we will realize the next acitivities in the project: scientific books, conferences, brochures, trainings for the target groups. Achievements: Environmental pollution does not take notice of country borders so the harmful effects should be decreased through coordinated planning and operation. A more effective cooperation in environmental protection and a better exposition of facts about renewable energy are necessary along the border since by the utilization of these, environmental pollution could be dramatically reduced. The aim of this project was to develop scientifically necessary activities and terms for the energetic utilization of renewable resources in the North-Hungarian region and Nitra, Banská Bystrica and Košice counties in Slovakia with organisation of conferences, trainings for the target groups and the publication of scientific books and brochures.
