Making investments in the enchancement of education and human resources has gained importance in terms of economic and social developments with the advancements in science and technology as well as revolutionary changes in information and communication technologies.The usage areas of technology have recently been expanded due to the rapid advancements in technology. Even though the EU level countries launched that system long ago, our country has been trying to adapt this system for the last few years. As a result of the Fatih Project which was initiated for filling this gap in our country, the smart boards were installed in our institution at the beginning of the 2015-2016 education year.Following the installation of the smart boards, BIT usage emerged as a basic need. Therefore, it has been seen that learning Web 2.0 tools for effective use of smart boards will be useful both for our institutional staff and students.As a consequence of that emerging need we prepared this project . As part of this project we have the following goals: increasing knowledge of the school staff concerning international education and training as well as the level of education by enabling active use of IT technologies in each branch and maintaining sustainability, teaching literacy enjoyably and actively in each branch, keeping students with lower academic achivement within the educational life and making our students participate in the classroom activities more often as well as enabling them more productive and sociable. The first step of internationalization of our institution would be the participation of our teachers in the EU level trainings. The biggest benefit of our project is that our students can use the knowledge gained through the trainings in order to become good citizens in their future lives.In line with the above mentioned goals, total 5 personnels will be selected as 1 per each branch for staff mobility. Each teacher will be obliged to share his/her knowledge to the colleguages from the same branch besides training them. The selected teachers shall have the following qualifications: competent on their own areas, initiator, open to developments, interested about the latest technological developments and good communication with students.Our Project will cover preparation, mobility, implementation, disemmination and evaluation parts. The mobility will be only one flow in 22th-28th of July, 2017 to Cervantes Training in Spain. Implementation, disemmination and evaluation activities will take part in our school with our school managament staff after the course. The mobility is planned for summer in order not to affect the education activities in our school.We will have EU standardized staffs with this course and our school will be preffered more than before by families. With the ICT skills, our students will be more enterpreneur, they will have the ability to overcome the problems and they will be more productive.
