Societies with lower education, are intended for destroying new developments as well as they cannot produce something new. We, the major ones of the education system, teachers and administrators are responsible at the same time solution for this structure type of society. Developing our perfections, being modernized, enabling education to spread every part of country are our first goal. To be able to do it, secondary schools need to be suitable for every student and classes need to be arranged context of student level. A student who has the suitable class type for him/herself, can ask questions without humiliation and can share ideas freely, will not tend to leave school. Decrease of leaving school percentage will increase the educated individual percentage and this will rise wealth of the country. Students who can share their ideas freely in a sense of respect will be able to give speech in the society and they will become natural leader free from their phobias in the long term. And teachers who have got an education system in touch with students, will be more passionate about what they are doing when they see they are being listened and understood by the students. Passionate teacher will arrange much more activity, and they will have chance to give practical education with theoretical education. In accordance with our aim and purpose, 15 of our employee will be selected as participants. This selection will be made fairly and democratically in certain standards. In this context: - A Project Administration Commission will be established in our school. - After distribution of tasks and responsibilities in this mentioned commission, process of selection of participant will begin. - An informing meeting will be arranged with candidate participants. - Forms made by guidance teachers will be distributed to the participants and they will be asked to fill up them, there will be no personal information on these forms. Then our project commission will estimate these forms. - At the end of estimation 15 participant will be selected. There will be no personal information on these mentioned forms. Most important reason for this application to decline the self-interest. *So that none of the participants are selected unfairly. These are the educational topics that is expected our participants take part in: - Czechs Republic: Decrease of Early Leaving School - Spain: Taking Under Control of Social Phobia - Holland: Method of Increase Motivation - Holland: Management of Time and Stress - Germany: Management of Conflict and Violence By the help of our EU mobility project, our employees who are going to be educated on 5 topics by successful and experienced EU institutes, will gain new perspectives by developing themselves. Every topic, increase information and experiences on different fields of our employees and administrators as well as supply development of different vocational. So that our 15-participant group will have knowledge on 5 different subject instead of 1 subject which is much more productive. A Project Administration Commission will be established in order to carry out the project without any kind of problem. This commission will be supposed to checking on process of this project to documents that need to hided on project, the dissemination activities towards arranging and watching travel activities. In order to control easily, missions and responsibilities will be distributed among commission. Main steps of this project like budged, travel, watching and dissemination are going to be followed-up by 1 or, depending the situation, 2 coordinators. There will be contract with participants and hostile foundlings, both participants and hostile foundlings will understand their roles on this project. Project rules and missions are going to be secured to be done for every beneficiary. It is expected that the project effects show a chain-reaction. Our school will have EU standard educators and they teach lessons with more modern, more productive new methods and techniques, thanks to pedagogic education that participants get. This will affect students’ success directly and society will gain successful and healthy individuals thanks to their getting well educated towards their social and educational life.
