With the impact of globalization, management models change considerably. There is a tendency which can be formulated as follows: From strong centralist structure to more flexible management, from closure to transparent management, from bureaucratic structure to interactive structure, from leaving out employees in decision-making to dissemination of participatory practices. Corporate governance has the answer to changes in organizational structure, development and installation of the need for changes resulting from the growth. The field of education is an area that should be considered a combination of different actors. Medium and large-scale showed the need to cease to be a responsibility of a single person to be installed on top of these schools need the large number of students who need the number of teachers of abundance and indirect-direct many to be associated with the school and the activities of the effective focal management. Described above under the general aim of the project, the field of education working in school education staff (teachers and administrators) to gain vision of corporate governance is the development of competence and capture professional development opportunities in EU countries. The most influential actors-Learning and project management of my own institution Yamanturk Anatolian Vocational and Technical High School administrators and teachers in the conceptual framework of corporate governance concept to learn, internalize and observe the concept of EU practices -Corporate Governance concept of participatory management approach than the school they are located within the perspective, convert more collaborative and democratic standards, including a mechanism -Students, Students of parents (families), school graduates, contributing in terms of financial and technical school individuals and institutions, local dynamics, a vocational high school students in the potential employers who have graduated from school due to the adaptation of an integrated management approach of the corporate culture contributes to the management process A total of 20 participants will be included in the project. These participants, one manager, one chief deputy director, deputy director will be selected 5 and 82 teachers in our school has a large staff of employees where staff. Participants who take part in the project will be selected from two main categories: -Managers: 5 participants -Teachers are: 15 participants Within in the scope of the project, 5 managers and 15 teachers will take courses in corporate governance from SETA training company in Germany. For this purpose, will perform a 12-day mobility (excluding travel days) and are structured courses will take 12 days to 10 days. Briefly stated, our participants will take part in the project; Project Participation Certificate from the course provider institutions outside -Yurt Our school who have projects and Project Certification -Europass Mobility document -Europass CV including 4 certificates / documents will be distributed. The main activities of the project; Pre-contract preparation, mobility, evaluation, dissemination and reporting process, including 6 are grouped under headings. Our project is expected to officially start in October 2015. Mobility realization of the project in March 2016 and September 2016 'is provided in the end. Expected effects / results on the first group of participants will be examined. The impact on the participants of the project are estimated to be as follows: - Our project will provide a longer international education beyond the classic training services. Therefore, our participants will be re-motivated and professional aspects of research work will be perseverance. - Our participants, will develop the ability to operate under a team-based work. Thanks to the project they will spend time together both before and after the mobility activity and this will contribute to the sense of teamwork and collegiality. -Our participants' awareness will increase about the concept of governance practices in the education sector. In this way, multilateral, that everyone involved in the process, flexible and democratic management model will witness the applicability of the education sector. -Participants' awareness about European Union, being European, multiculturalism, dialogue, respect for different will be increased. Basic universal values of European values will actually occur even an awareness that our fundamental values of our civilization. The results of the project will positively affect not only our staff but also our institution as a legal entity.
