It is shown that using innovator education model and methods increase succsess. One of the most significant examples of this model is coaching process in education. Coaching is a power union which is occuring in an education environment between a coach and a student. Coaching helps students to recognise theirselves, determinate a goal about self-improvment, gain learning abilities, help organizational abilities, improve the feeling of responsibility and aims to handling possible problems. It is necessary that education institutions should not just give education to students. It also should be a place that supports students about all subjects. It is obvious that by using student-centered education actively and creatind a leader teacher symbol supports students mental, emotional and social improvements. There are lots of problems that students faces in different education grades. These are; At the primary grade; learning problems, oriantation problems, behaviour problems about personality devolepment, social accomodiation problems among peers, behaviour problems personality devolepment process, communication problems in family, problems like exam anxiety because of national exam systems.We can include problems to secondary grade; adolescence problems , anxiety of getting a job, exam anxiety, bullying and communication problems, family problems and violence. These kind of problems cause failure of studendts during education process and effect students' mental, emotional, and social process negatively. These situations effect school harmony negatively and prevent our school to serve adequately to the main aim, improving students academically preparing them for life. In this content our aims are, -Using this new model named coaching and leadership system in schools actively by preventing all these problems. -Helping teachers to look education in a new perspective by providing them to learn new methods and techniques. -Improving students academically, emotionally and socially by showing school the existence of reforming methods -With the healthy communication style with students and families;by taking students into one on one follow system, students' development process is going to be followed. Educators' leadership teacher skills will be developed. By finding out learning models, learning styles, relaxation techniques; teachers will be able to reconstruct education and get in touche with students appropriately, so teachers will more help students with new methods. 15 individuals are going to attend the project mobility between 06-18/12/2015 in Germany and the other 15 in Spain 06-18/03/2016. Each mobility will last for 12 days about coaching and leadership in education in an established foreign institution. The aim of the mobility, which includes individuals from each grade (primary, secondary and high schools), is universalizing and applying the model of coaching and Leadership in education model for all grades. Short-term goal; each staff participate the mobility are going to apply this model in their school. Our long-term goal is widespreading the model around the city. Adopting new methods in education do not just create positive effect on participant school. Also, thanks to universalize activities in other schools and teachers realize necessity of new methods, they organizate projects like our project, too.
